We proudly produce our Jelly and Glaze in Elgin, Texas. Our Jelly and Glaze is Vegan and Gluten Free. This is not by design. We make Uncle Tharin’s Datil Jelly and Glaze out of sugar and vegetables so it just shook out that way. For those of you who like vegan, gluten free stuff, here you go. Those that don’t, please don’t hold it against us. Heck apples are vegan and gluten free and everyone who is a real american loves apples.
