Since 2014, Uncle Tharin’s Datil Jelly has been growing Datil Peppers in central Texas and perfecting Datil Pepper Jelly . We believe we have created the world’s best Pepper Jelly and are excited to share it with you. We are also men in long term recovery from substance use.While we love this Jelly, our Purpose is to use a portion of the profits to help those suffering from addiction find and enter treatment.
We produce fresh and local Datil Jelly and Glaze.
We want to give our customers a unique flavor that can only be found in central Texas. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that Pepper Jelly is made for so much more than cream cheese.
